Thermography
Mitigate Risks and Safeguard Assets with Early Detection
Proactive measures are essential. We advocate for regular thermographic inspections to identify critical equipment malfunctions before they escalate into significant issues. By detecting and addressing potential problems in advance, you can effectively prevent further damage and maintain operational continuity.
In line with safety standards, it’s recommended to conduct thorough inspections of your building’s switchboards and electrical infrastructure every 12 months. Additionally, many insurers mandate annual thermography inspections as part of a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for your assets.
Leaders in Thermal Imaging
Benefit from the expertise of Maines Electrical seasoned thermographers, who are also licensed electricians with more than two decades of experience. Our track record speaks for itself as we’ve consistently delivered high-quality thermal imaging inspections for our valued commercial and industrial clientele.
How does Thermal Imaging work?
Our process begins with a meticulous inspection of your premises using cutting edge infrared thermal imaging cameras. These cameras enable us to capture an object’s infrared radiation, revealing potential hazards lurking within your asset’s electrical infrastructure. Armed with this data, we offer expert recommendations to ensure the ongoing safety and optimal performance of your
assets.
During our comprehensive inspection, we meticulously scan key components including main switchboards, distribution boards, mechanical boards, PFC units, tee-off boxes, meter panels, cable zones, and control panels.
Upon completion of the inspection, you’ll receive a detailed report containing thermal and digital images of the scanned assets, accompanied by our recommendations for any necessary repairs. Urgent repairs can often be addressed onsite during the inspection, ensuring swift resolution of critical issues.
Comprehensive inspections without interruption
Our thermal imaging inspections are designed to be non-invasive, ensuring minimal disruption to your workplace operations. Unlike troubleshooting scenarios where interruptions are inevitable, our inspections can seamlessly integrate into your normal business operations. There’s no need to halt your power supply or disrupt workflow while we conduct our thorough assessment.
